The USTA Eastern, Intermountain, Midwest sectionals wrapped up this weekend. The teams with the top Tennis League Analytics (TLA) scouting report ratings once again won the majority of the championships.
Midwest Sectionals - 18 and Over:
TLA’s top rated team won 6 of the 8 championships. The other two were Women’s 3.0 (again) and while we did call Men’s 4.0 close, our top team finished 4th.
Texas 18 & Over 4.0 - 4.5
TLA’s top rated team won 4 of the 8 championships. The top team finished 2nd in three others. The miss was, you guessed it, Women’s 3.0.
Eastern 18 & Over 3.5, 4.5 and 40 & Over 3.0
TLA’s top rated team won 5 of the 6 championships. In Women’s 3.5 our top team finished 6th.
Summary
The Tennis League Analytics top rated team won the championship in 15 of 22 events. And finished second in 3 more.
